W8 Centre

W8 Centre is a regeneration project in North Leitrim. This was an abandoned building on a derelict site 10 years ago, it was purchased by Shane Kerrigan in 2014, the W8 project was started in March 2018. W8 consists of 15 No. 3 bedroom Holiday homes (Failte Ireland 4 star approved), award winning Restaurant, Café, Conference rooms, meeting rooms, Computer training room, 10,000 sq. ft of Office space, Local Government buildings (Leitrim County Council coming 2021), Medical Device company, Manorhamilton Innovation & Development Company, (W8 Innovation) will develop an Innovation, Education and R&D Centre for the Quarry and Construction industries under Industry 4.0 with a focus on robotics and cobotics, artificial intelligence and smart data, software development, virtual reality, augmented reality, 3D industry printing and Work place of the future.
